Counselling
Most of us occasionally feel unfulfilled, get emotionally stuck, or perhaps feel in crisis. At these times, it is often hard to talk to those close to us. We can feel isolated, powerless, overwhelmed or unable to cope. Counselling often helps us to retake control of our lives and find a way forward.
Counselling can help you to reflect on feelings, and to recognise and deal with emotions such as anger, grief or guilt. I can help you to understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and help to empower you to take control of them and change them. Through Counselling, I can help you to rediscover your sense of self and enable you to move forward and enjoy life with greater confidence and fulfillment.
Supportive and confidential
I am non-judgemental and flexible in my approach to clients and the issues that concern them. You will receive respect, understanding, empathy and sincerity. I use a range of skills and techniques in my therapeutic counselling, and tailor the counselling approach used to best meet the needs of the individual client.
I offer a supportive relationship in a safe and confidential environment, where you can disclose and reflect on feelings. The aim will be to help you to understand yourself better, function more effectively, cope better with the problems of life and discover your own resources.
